And in the event of a service problem, our server admins will be alerted momentarily and they will resolve the issue ASAP.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup of your hosted content is mandatory – one never knows when something could go wrong. And having signed for our Administration Services offer, you will take advantage of regular backups of your entire VPS, not only of your data, without you needing to install or configure anything. Last but not least the backups are kept on a server with multiple RAID–configured hard disks. As a result your content will always be safe and sound, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server provides you with a virtually endless number of options, you will often need to install additional software applications. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It’s an essential part of our Administration Services package, which permits you to call for any of our senior sysadmins to install and configure any kind of software and to solve any issue that you are experiencing with the Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services solution is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux VPS Packages. It is an optional feature with the KVM Linux VPS Packages.
